In-Person Training

In-person training is a fully immersive, hands-on experience where I guide you through every rep, cue your form, and push you in real time. We train together at my private gym space in Los Angeles, with a program tailored specifically to your goals, body, and energy that day. You'll get immediate feedback, motivation, and the kind of one-on-one attention that helps you build confidence, strength, and momentum. It’s more than just a workout—it’s a safe space to show up for yourself and feel supported every step of the way.

Virtual training brings the same level of personalization and accountability as in-person sessions, but with the convenience of training from anywhere. Whether you’re at home, in your apartment gym, or traveling, we hop on FaceTime and I coach you live—demonstrating movements, correcting your form, and keeping you motivated in real time. It’s perfect for busy schedules or clients outside of Los Angeles who still want a high-touch, customized experience. All you need is your phone and a little space—I’ll take care of the rest together.

After a thorough assessment and goal-setting session, I’ll build a personalized program tailored to your schedule, equipment, and fitness level. Each plan includes video demos, progress tracking, and check-ins to keep you accountable and on track. You’re not doing it alone—you’ve got me in your corner every step of the way.

ABOUT YOUR TRAINER

:Hi, I’m Eliza— Los Angeles Personal Trainer, Online Coach, and your biggest hype woman.

I was born in the Philippines and moved to the U.S. with my family when I was in the first grade. Like so many immigrant households, food was how we showed love—so your girl ate. But even with all that love, I was always the “fat sister,” constantly reminded I was “too big” by Asian beauty standards.

That shaped how I saw myself. I chased every fad diet, every 30-day challenge, trying to become the skinniest version of me—even though I had no real understanding of nutrition or fitness. And not surprisingly, I failed every time. It wasn’t until I learned about exercise science and the power of proper nutrition that everything changed. I realized my dream body wasn’t some mystery—it was science. And the key wasn’t perfection. It was consistency.

Fast forward a few years: I became a certified personal trainer and worked my way up to become one of the top-performing coaches at Equinox. I’ve now had the privilege of training hundreds of women both in-person and online—helping them build strength, feel confident in their bodies, and develop habits that actually stick.

My approach is holistic: I combine strength training, mobility, mindset work, and nutrition coaching into programs that are realistic, sustainable, and designed to support you in and out of the gym. Whether you're brand new to fitness or trying to break through a plateau, I’m here to give you the tools, support, and real talk you need to thrive.
